W. A. Mozart

This production will be a modern day adaptation of this classic opera, focusing on the opera's Andalusian location, more specifically staging it in a tapas bar in a village near Seville. The characters usually known as the Count and Countess in this production are Don Almaviva and Doña Rosina, the owners of the tapas bar. Meanwhile, Figaro and Susanna are employed at their establishment as waiters. The opera presents the tumultuous and comic events that occur on Figaro and Susanna's wedding day. We are introduced to characters such as the boisterous, flirtatious Cherubino, the snooty yet caring Marcellina, and the cunning but clever Bartolo.
